CSR SIDECARS

CSR History

Jean-Guy has an extensive solo racing history beginning in the early '70's and began sidecar racing in 1978. Fabricating his own sidecars began in 1996 with a vintage outfit and now designs/fabricates all types of racing chassis;  vintage, modern and street.. Jean-Guy has also been the recipient of many awards and Championships with each new CSR chassis he has built.  The following are just  some of the  more recent awards.

2008

In 2008, Steve Adams teamed up with Jean-Guy as passenger.  '08 Was Steve's first time as a passenger and already earned himself 2008 Rookie of the Year with the Sidecar Racers Association.

The 2008 CSR Chassis was a new design that Jean-Guy was sure to be the lightest and best handling of all his projects so far.  The  new  CSR 2008 chassis (and team) proved to be a winning combination.

Team CSR (Jean-Guy and Steve) won every sidecar race they entered in 2008, missing out on the '08 SRA Championship by 1 point!! (CSR did not attend the first and second double-header race weekends due to chassis development).

So, given the spectacular first season with the new chassis and successful partnership of Jean-Guy and Steve, Team CSR are looking forward to a great 2009 race season.......
